I just had a terrific session and loved the fact that I was working hard and feeling like I get such benefits as a result. I went home tired, hot and pleased with myself, that I had really worked out! The trainers are encouraging and very clear with their instructions.
I’m new to the program and have found the supervised sessions excellent and challenging. It is so important to do the exercises correctly to get the most benefit which is why the small groups work so well. Care is taken not to aggravate any injury. The instructors are very encouraging, and the other group members I have met have been great company.
No chance of getting stale at EverMotion, as we regularly have a fresh program. The staff members ensure we adopt the correct technique so no slacking or cutting corners. I feel comfortable exercising with such friendly people. Gym sure beats going to the doctor. Happy body, happy life!
I really like the personalised instruction from the trainers. I also enjoy the company of my fellow class members. We work muscles that I have never worked before. My mobility and flexibility has improved and I now have more freedom when I walk. I feel good after each session and have more energy for life.
My doctor just confirmed my bone density readings are stable from 2 years ago. So I am putting this down to Pilates, Group PT & diet. Had I not been working on this issue I’m sure the readings would have continued to go down. So I am a big fan of what I do at EverMotion. Thanks for your part in this. I love the boutique style of gym with only 1-4 clients per session. This allows lots of individual attention at every session. I am able to keep fit even with physical limitations such as arthritis. At EverMotion the companionship is great and I have got to know other people who live locally. We have fun while improving our fitness.
I find exercising at EverMotion helps to maintain both my physical & mental health. In particular, the strengthening of the muscles around my knees has been beneficial in combating the loss of cartilage.
Since beginning, I have participated in all the different types of classes (Personal Training, Group PT & Pilates). I feel better and have more strength and energy now. I enjoy exercising with others of a similar age. The people are nice and I enjoy the companionship. The trainers are also good with following up.
The variety in the exercises we do is fabulous. There is always something interesting and new. I am much more flexible now and can do the exercises better than before. And I love the people!

My initial motivation to see a Personal Trainer was to get in shape for my wedding. I wanted to get the most out of every workout leading up to the big day, so that’s when I teamed up with EverMotion (formally Born to Move). Training with EverMotion was a lot of hard work but also a lot of fun, and I was really impressed with the results I got. I can honestly say that I was in the best shape I’d ever been in on my wedding day.
That was over 9 years ago now, and while initially I only planned to use a Personal Trainer up until my wedding day, I enjoyed working out with EverMotion so much that I’ve continued ever since! Carlie’s knowledge, education and years of experience in Personal Training come through in each of our sessions. My training program is always diverse and challenging, and Carlie’s ability to keep me motivated (even when I don’t have something like a wedding to spur me on) is a real testament to her commitment to getting results for her clients.
I’m pregnant with my second child now, and I have been exercising safely with EverMotion all the way through both my pregnancies. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with EverMotion in the future to get my pre-pregnancy body back.
