Sessions are custom tailored just for you and you’ll receive specific help with exercise technique. Personal Training is designed to cater to your goals and any injuries or conditions you may have. You’ll be closely supervised and able to train in a safe and non-intimidating environment. You can either do 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 sessions (if you have a friend you’d like to train with).
