Enjoy the social, mental and physical benefits of exercising in a small group (max. 4 people). The 45-min work-outs with your new buddies are highly motivating and fun. Classes typically begin with a warm up to get your blood flowing, followed by resistance exercises to strengthen muscles & bones, and cardiovascular exercises to strengthen the heart and lungs. At the end of the class we stretch our muscles to enhance mobility. Classes are graded as:
I’m new to the program and have found the supervised sessions excellent and challenging. It is so important to do the exercises correctly to get the most benefit which is why the small groups work so well. Care is taken not to aggravate any injury. The instructors are very encouraging, and the other group members I have met have been great company.
