All group sessions are 45 minutes. Personal Training sessions can be either 45 mins or 1 hour (your choice).
Depends on what type of sessions you do. Here’s a summary:
PERSONAL TRAINING: Our premium service. Exercises are tailored specifically to your goals & any injuries / conditions you may have. You can do either 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 sessions (if you have friend you’d like to train with).
GROUP PT: Classes typically begin with a warm up to get your blood flowing, followed by resistance exercises to strengthen muscles & bones, and cardiovascular exercises to strengthen the heart and lungs. At the end of the class we stretch our muscles to enhance mobility. Enjoy the motivation & social benefits of exercising with others.
PILATES: A low impact class which is great for those recovering from injuries, as well as beginners, seniors, pre & post-natal women and anyone else wishing to experience the wonderful benefits of Pilates. Exercises help to improve posture, balance, core strength, flexibility, breathing and muscle tone. Always a friendly atmosphere.
We have a maximum of 4 participants in each class so you’ll get plenty of individual assistance. You’ll probably even make some new buddies. Our class members tend to very friendly & welcoming.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing such as a t-shirt / singlet and shorts / leggings / light track pants. On cold days feel free to bring a warm top to wear before & after your session. For Personal Training & Group PT sessions please also wear socks and sports shoes. Pilates classes are done in socks only.
It depends on what type of sessions you would like to do (and for Personal Training sessions which trainer you will have). You will receive a price list during your Free Intro Session & we will go through this together. There are options to suit most budgets.
Sessions are paid for via direct debit (this is the cheapest & easiest option). Payments go through fortnightly (Mondays) in advance of sessions undertaken (you will receive a list of dates in your Intro Pack). Debits can also be put on hold for holidays, etc.
